Passing the Gavel Reception

The Augusta Bar Association cordially invites you to a reception honoring those members who have joined and retired from the Judiciary. Additionally, we are excited to unveil the portraits of Chief Judge Carl Brown and Judge Bernard Mulherin. Hors d’oeuvres and refreshments will be served.

Bar Luncheon- February 21st at the
Augusta Country Club- NEW LOCATION
The Augusta Bar Association’s February Luncheon will be on Tuesday, February 21st at 12:30pm at the Augusta Country Club,655 Milledge Rd, Augusta, GA 30904.  February’s speaker will be new Fort Gordon Garrison Commander Col. Reggie Evans. Col. Evans will speak on the transformation occurring at Fort Gordon and its impact on the CSRA.

We encourage you to attend and invite a member to attend with you!

Young Lawyers of Augusta will have their first Happy Hour at Bodega Ultima in Surrey Center on Thursday, February 23, 2023. There will be an open tab from 5:30-7PM (or until it runs out), with light hors d’oeuvres. If you would like to attend, please RSVP by clicking below.

Please consider making a donation to the Georgia Legal Services Program when you submit your annual state bar dues form this year. GLSP provides civil legal services for those in need, helping ensure equal access to justice for all Georgians.

If you have not already done so, please submit your dues for 2023. Dues for 2023 are reduced to $150. Please submit your dues with the dues notice.
